Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and 5th Row, Inc. (“5th Row,” “we,” “us”). You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under United States law to become a member. You accept these Terms when you create an account, submit a membership application, or otherwise use our services.

Membership & Eligibility

Fees, Billing & Renewal
Membership fees are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD) and are billed annually unless we tell you otherwise at checkout. Director's Circle is $3,195/year; other tiers are priced on the signup page. Applicable taxes are added where required.
Memberships auto-renew on the anniversary of your activation date using the payment method on file. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. If a renewal charge fails, we will retry for a limited window and notify you by email before suspending member benefits.

Member Conduct
Members are expected to treat 5th Row staff, partners, fellow members, and venue guests with respect at all events, in chat with concierge, and across all channels.
- No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour at screenings or events.
- No recording, photography, or distribution of screened works.
- No sharing of member-only invitations, codes, or seats with non-members.

Intellectual Property

Third-Party Services & Partners

Suspension & Termination

Disclaimers & Liability

Governing Law & Disputes
