Code of Conduct

Studios open their doors to us because our members show up and behave well. Six rules keep it that way.

  1. Cancel 48 hours ahead. Can’t make it? Cancel in the app at least 48 hours before the start time, so someone on the waitlist gets your spot.
  2. Confirm when we ask. We check in 72 hours before. If you haven’t confirmed by the 48-hour mark, your spot goes to the waitlist.
  3. Your +1 is your responsibility. Name them when you reserve. Their no-show counts as yours.
  4. Respect the embargo. No photos or video of the screen, ever. Don’t post about the film until the studio says you can; we’ll tell you when. If there’s a phone pouch, use it.
  5. Let talent have their night. You may see your icons. They’re people, and it’s their night. Don’t approach, photograph or follow talent or filmmakers. If they come to you, be polite and brief.
  6. Be discreet. Don’t photograph other members without asking, and don’t share who was there.

A pause stops new reservations; anything already reserved stands. Before a third reservation inside 30 days of two cancellations, the app shows a warning.
