• Identity & contact — name, email, phone, mailing address.
• Membership profile — tier, application answers, cinema preferences, dietary needs for events.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe; we store the last four digits and brand only.
• Usage data — pages viewed, screenings booked, messages with concierge, app interactions.
• Device & location — IP address, device type, approximate city for city-guide relevance.
