When You Are Charged
For application-based tiers (Director's Circle, Founding Member), we collect your card details on application but only charge once your application is approved. If your application is declined, no charge is made.
For instant-join tiers, your card is charged at the moment you complete checkout and your membership activates immediately.

Membership Satisfaction Guarantee

Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@5throw.com. Your membership benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds After Renewal

Event & Screening Bookings
- Most member screenings are included in your membership at no extra cost.
- Premiere seats, private dinners, and festival concierge packages may carry separate fees disclosed at booking.
- [TBD: Specify cancellation windows for paid events: e.g. full refund up to 7 days before, 50% up to 48 hours before, non-refundable thereafter.]
- If 5th Row cancels an event, fees paid for that event are refunded in full.

Festival Concierge & Custom Packages

How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact support@5throw.com first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and, in cases of bad-faith disputes, result in membership suspension.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under United States federal or state law, including state-specific automatic-renewal disclosure laws (e.g. California Automatic Renewal Law) and consumer-protection statutes.
